Poster Design

Event Planner
No more explaining why the event is organized this way.
Strategy Planner
No more guessing what the event is actually for.
Before any output is generated, LoEvent asks the questions an experienced event strategist would. Click through Event Focus, GTM alignment, audience tiers, and vibe direction — and the product builds a strategic brief that every downstream asset is grounded in.
Execution Planner
The moment your strategy is done, your plan is ready.
Once your strategy is set, LoEvent generates a structured event plan across five dimensions: Purpose, Content, Venue, Marketing and Partnership. Every task is industry-aware. Nothing needs to be manually transferred.

ChatGPT + Canva + Trello is enough. Why LoEvent Pro?
That combo works — but look at the interaction: ChatGPT makes you type a prompt and hope the output is right. Canva makes you drag elements and judge whether the style fits AI events. Trello makes you manually fill in every task from scratch. You're the glue between three tools that don't talk to each other. LoEvent Pro makes you click — click a strategy, click a poster style, click to generate a task board. Every output is connected: strategy generates the plan, the plan generates the tasks, the tasks know your industry. Type. Drag. Fill. Or just click.
How is LoEvent Pro different from Cvent / Bizzabo
Completely different category. Cvent/Bizzabo are event execution tools — registration, check-in, analytics. We do pre-event planning and asset generation — strategy, audience targeting, content design, posters, social content. The two work together: use LoEvent Pro for planning, Luma/Eventbrite for publishing and registration.
Can it handle multi-venue / multi-track events?
Currently optimized for focused events: 1-2 days, single venue. Multi-track support is on our roadmap.
We already use Trello/Notion for event tracking. Does LoEvent replace that?
LoEvent generates your task board from your event plan — so you start with a populated, industry-aware structure instead of an empty board. Whether you run it inside LoEvent or export the logic into your existing tool is up to your team. The value is in not building the board from scratch every time.
What does "click-to-decide" actually mean?
LoEvent doesn't ask you to type instructions or write prompts. Every decision point — event type, audience tier, vibe direction, content strategy — is presented as a structured choice you click through. The AI generates based on what you select, not what you describe. This is the core difference between LoEvent and a general-purpose AI assistant.
Our team has no dedicated event planner. Is this built for us?
Yes. LoEvent is designed specifically for 1–3 person marketing teams at AI tech companies who need professional event outputs without specialist headcount. The workflow is structured so that industry knowledge is embedded in the product — not assumed from the user.
How is LoEvent different from other AI tools that also generate event posters?
Most AI image tools produce visually acceptable output with generic aesthetics. LoEvent's poster styles are purpose-built for AI conferences, developer communities, and Web3 events — with terminology, visual language, and format options that match industry expectations. The differentiation isn't resolution. It's relevance.
